The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Renata Limited has approved 50 per cent cash and 20 per cent stock dividend for the year 2003.

The AGM was held in city recently. A large number of Shareholders were present at the AGM, while Chairman of the Company SH Kabir presided over the meeting.

Among others, Managing Director Syed S Kaiser Kabir, Directors Dr. Sarwar Ali, Md. Ziaul Hoque Khondker, A. Hasant Khan, Sajida Humayun Kabir, Company Secretary Md. Shafiul Alam, Senior executives of the company were present at the AGM.
