Therapeutics Bangladesh Limited (TBL) will manufacture oral liquids, and oral dosage forms of animal health and penicillin products on behalf of Renata Limited. By virtue of this Agreement signed on October 14, 2004, the Mirpur plant will cease production of oral liquids, most oral forms of animal health products, and all oral formulations of penicillin. The resulting available space will be utilised to improve GMP and increase tablet production capabilities. In addition, there shall be a slight cost-saving due to this Agreement.
