Renata Declares 50% Cash Dividend and 20% (5:1) Stock Dividend

The Directors of the Company at a Board Meeting held on April 26, 2007 proposed Cash Dividend of Taka 50 per share and one bonus share for every five shares held.

This declaration will be subject to approval at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on June 16, 2007.
