The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) of the UK has approved the Potent Product Facility (PPF) of Renata. This is the first potent product facility in Bangladesh to be approved by the prestigious UK authority. 

The UK business shall begin with the contract manufacture of prednisolone tablets. However, very shortly Renata will seek MHRA approval for other classes of drugs, viz., oncology and immunosuppressants. 

This approval is a historic milestone in the progress of Renata and a significant step towards globalisation of the Company.
