Renata Limited will market farm-disinfectant products on behalf of
Evans Vanodine International PLC of
UK. An agreement to this effect was signed in Preston, UK on the 4th
of November 2003.

Two products, namely GPC8 and Biocid 30 have been registered in
Bangladesh. Dr. Manzur Aziz, GM Animal Health is hopeful that these
products would be available for marketing within the first quarter of
2004.
