Renata will continue to manufacture sterile cephalosporin formulations on behalf of Eskayef Bangladesh Limited. The Agreement was renewed on October 1, 2004.

The products covered by this Agreement are as follows:

Cephradine:                                         250 mg, 500 mg, and 1 gm

            Ceftriaxone IV:                                     250 mg, 500 mg, and 1 gm

            Ceftriaxone IM with Lidocaine:           250 mg, 500 mg, and 1 gm
